I used to love Vegas. In the 90's I lived in Los Angeles. Twice. And I can remember being in Vegas New Years Eve 1998 with several people. you know who you are haha.. and we partied like it. I remember it being a little crowded. But nothing too terrible. My grandmother Lily went to Vegas every year. She stayed downtown and took a few hundred dollars and played the slots at Fitzgerald's and had the time of her life. Year after year until about five years ago when it became to hard for her to walk and her mind started slipping. And let us not forget that incredible trip in the fall of 2003 when Shawn and I got married at the Special Memory Wedding Chapel. We pulled up and ordered the appetizer and our slightly inebriated minister pulled out the speakers playing Trumpet Voluntary and married us.
